Shipping Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 3-7 Days
• Shipping time: 14~30 Days
• Shipping methods: Standard Shipping
• Shipping fee: $9.99 USD

Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order.

Processing time
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up 3 to 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

Note:

  1. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  2. Express Shipping is not available for Amazon warehouse address.
  3. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 3-7 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  4. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
  5. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 25 days of the order date.

Tracking My Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details, you can also check the status of your order online on the Track My Order page with your Order ID and Email. If your package has not been delivered within the estimated time frame of your shipping method, or you have additional questions regarding shipping, we are here to help you out!
